Systems Thinking Learning is a holistic approach to understanding and solving complex problems by looking at how various parts of a system interact and influence one another within a whole. Our Systems Thinking Learning program is designed to:
Familiarize participants with Systems Thinking
Help learners model systems using structured tools
Identify feedback loops, system archetypes, and leverage points
Experience Systems Thinking Learning by applying it to a real-business challenge in teams
Day 1
To familiarize with the language and approach of design thinking.
16 Hours
To understand the concepts and tools of system thinking and map the system to make informed decisions.
To identify the weak links and challenges in the system and address them in a real time project
4–6 Months
To lead enterprise-wide design thinking programs / initiatives and coach students to embed user-centric approach into the culture.
