How did we support:
- We started on the TALENT DESIGN F.E.S.T. journey with a vision to design the bank’s flagship CSR program around financial literacy. This has been ambitious project wherein the bank wanted to leverage the power of collaboration between India Foundation, and talents across all India entities along with the NGO Partner.
The 1st leg: territory leadership and CEO empathy interviews, sketched their vision of Financial Literacy.
The 2nd leg: selected 10 Financial Literacy champions from Sr. Talent pool, they worked towards breaking the vision to actionable mission briefs
The 3rd leg: 51 talents from across entities were carefully selected and divided into collaborative teams, and they went through a Design Thinking journey, Teams worked to solve for their team’s mission through empathy and constant prototyping.
Journey outcome:
The teams created business cases for their solutions and pitched them to seek funding from the leadership.
