The client is a global FMCG company with a strong foot hold in the India market. The company is into four major categories with 10+ brands. In two of the categories (hydration and energy) the client business was losing market share as there were innovative products launched by startups and were eating up their market share. Client wanted us to help the category teams in envisioning 8 innovative products that can be launched into the market in 6 to 24 months timeframe and help them regain market.

The client is a leading real estate development company in India known for its exquisite residences, adaptive workplaces, and eco-friendly constructions. The company has a strong commitment to sustainability and has received certifications and awards for its green buildings. The sales team faced a challenge when a loyal client expressed concerns about purchasing a new flat worth 3 crore. The client's elderly parents would be disturbed by the surrounding noise of traffic. Despite efforts to persuade the client and provide alternative options, the client refused to relocate. Thus, finding a solution to minimize the noise disturbance became crucial for closing the sale.
